Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove has been implemented across the whole organisation integrating with both Salesforce and Google Suite. It helps me and my colleagues stay structured with our outreach, build in a quality standard and prevent us from wasting time switching from tool to tool. For me as a newbie to Sales it has really helped me to build structure into my day to day, stay on top of my tasks and achieve my monthly target.
- Consolidation of the most used sales tools into one
- Giving statistics on performance and quality outreach
- Predictions for activities due today is inaccurate most of the time
- I would've like to have a direct calling feature integrated as well
- I've been able to reach my monthly targets
