Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used across the whole organization to organize our email flows, make sure we get to our customers and leads in time, and ensure efficient communications with our current clients. Tracking can lead to meaningful interactions. We also use the scheduler and template functions, which aids in managing expectations with our prospects and clients in an efficient way.

  • Customer service is excellent
  • The chrome extension and the gmail functionalities are impeccable
  • The fact that one email per minute is sent (reach a low volume of customers)
  • May take a while to load

We use both, to be honest, but for radically different reasons. Groove is more used in the customer success environment, whereas Pardot is used in sales
