Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Used by student engagement in admissions. We track emails and analyze data on open rates. We also use templates within Groove to make email sending more efficient to large groups of people.

It is very user friendly and the customer support is also very good.
Groove is by far superior. It is easier to use, better quality, and more efficient.

Groove is great to send scheduled emails to students while we are out of the office over the weekend. It is also nice to have our emails templated and easy to access/send.
