Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove in lots of different ways at Weedmaps. I specifically use it for sending out mass emails and checking to see who opens my emails and when so I can track everything.

- For what I use Groove for I really don't think there needs to be much improvement. It is great!

- Being able to send out a mass email saves me so much time. I used to send it out one by one in gmail but now I can add everyone to one email and have Groove customize the name that pulls from salesforce.
I save about 3-5 hours a week using Groove.
Groove is something that stands on its own as there is really nothing like it. The ease of being able to track and send out information to my clients is great.
