Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I have been using Groove in the last year in my current job. I work in the sales department. It is the best tool when it comes to sending lots of email and setting up email campaigns for prospects. Groove helps me to keep track of my work and monitor the interaction of the prospect with the email contents.

It is very easy to use and is intuitive. What can be improved is the possibility to find templates quicker.

The best scenario when Groove is well suited is when I need to set an email campaign for my prospect. It is very easy to set up a cadence and it is great that you can make it automatic.
Something that could be improved would be the possibility to recall emails already sent that a prospect hasn’t open yet.
