Overall Satisfaction with Groove

The whole organization has access to Groove, but it is mainly used by Marketing and Media people, since we use to send emails to our clients and to measure how the message has been impactful.
  • Measure the flows KPIs
  • Templates organization
  • Flows creation
  • Organize the flows, like we do with templates
  • Be able to measure who opened, read, and received the emails
  • I'm able to save time on writing the same email for lot of clients
  • I schedule calls with clients sending emails by Groove
Like I said, the only thing it bored me it is the fact that we can't organize the flows into files.
The whole website it is very useful.
We can track the emails on Salesforce, but we can't create templates and flows like we do on Groove.

I guess the only thing that I would change in Groove is the Flows organization. We should be able to organize in files or something like that... That's why I gave 9.
