Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by everyone in the sales department. It helps us send and track emails effectively to decision-makers across the restaurant industry. We can see when emails were opened as well as send them very easily by creating email threads.

I think once you are trained on it, it is very easy, but sometimes can be challenging to learn.
I have not used any others besides normal Microsoft Outlook.

Groove is very well suited for mass emails utilizing several different templates when you are attempting to email the same lead list.
