Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use it in our sales team to ensure each student receives a consistent message when showing interest, enrolling in courses, and/or referring us to others within their organization. Not only does this allow us to deliver a consistent message it saves us tons of time for each interaction we have with clients and potential clients. We are able to customize each product email for those who have an interest, enroll or simply want to gain more information. This also syncs up to our other tools, i.e. email and Salesforce, and we can even see when someone has looked at their email with our sync to Highspot. Groove is a tool I couldn't do what I do, at least not as much of it. It makes me more productive daily.

  • I would like others couldn't customize templates without them being approved when there are multiple users.
  • Automatic updates for all templates when a link is updated.
  • Notification of changes to all users, i.e. since you last used this template, etc.
  • Easy sharing of templates and messaging.
  • Professional look of correspondence.
  • Tracking of emails to clients and synching up to other software we use.
  • Increased productivity, I can correspond with more clients every day.
  • Building trust, clients get the same message from everyone.
  • Greater customer satisfaction, consistent messaging give customers the same expectations no matter who they work with.
Groove works with our other programs, it's easy to use, it's sharable with all team members, navigation is easy, the reporting is understandable, and again easy to use. Groove is a powerful tool I use every day, if I didn't have it I would spend a lot of time on tasks that would keep me from reaching as many clients as I do with Groove.
Groove works in conjunction with Highspot, Gmail, and Salesforce. I haven't used an app quite like Groove. I love how it integrates with the other programs I use enhancing what I can do with each of them giving me and the customer the best experience. I wouldn't want to go a day without Groove, my productivity would definitely suffer without it.

Groove saves me a ton of time, I'm able to be more productive with daily respective tasks. Groove allows me to send consistent messaging and its' easy to update the templates when needed. I do with when you updated a link in one it updated it in all. When a company offers multiple products, multiple stages and multiple in-betweens having customized templates for these scenarios is extremely helpful so everyone is on the same page and again consistent messaging from sales to our clients is important. I can help a new or existing client who is maybe working with another representative but I can correspond with them with confidence they are getting the same message from whoever they work with. Groove really does that.
