Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Within my department, Groove is being used to automate email communication, schedule calls with students, and evaluate the effectiveness of our outreach. Since there are so many programs that we represent, each with its own growing number of students and events, Groove makes communication easy. It's a user-friendly product that helps us expand our marketing and communication efforts to those growing audiences with ease and ultimately increase our operational excellence.

  • Allows prospects to schedule time directly with calendar access.
  • Teaching users about the functions available in the products being used.
  • Expanding the data analysis tools to also offer tips on how to strengthen weak areas.

Groove is very easy to use for the functions I use daily; however, I am not familiar with any other functions outside of email tracking, template creation, and calendar management. Would be helpful to know what else is available.
Groove's automated CRM data entry, meeting scheduling, automated sales campaigns, and advanced activity tracking saves me hours in the day! Frees up so much time for me to spend directly connecting with students.

In any industry where there is client-facing communication or the use of electronic communication, Groove would be an extremely beneficial tool to use. Marketing departments may also benefit greatly from the email analytics that provides statistics on email open rates, click-through rates, response rates, and the overall amount of times the email was sent.
