Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is used by both the marketing and sales departments. Marketing will create master flows for the sales teams to use and the sales teams incorporate Salesforce reports to target their audience. I also use the tracking features in emails to know when the recipient has viewed an email. Plus the delayed sending feature is nice when I'm working late at night!
- Utilizing Groove Flows and the analytics tools to see which ones work best for others.
- Keeping track of how recently you've contacted a particular account or person.
- Email add-on tools such as reminders, schedulers and delayed sending.
- Organizing Groove Flows can be confusing when many are being shared.
- Templates and building flows are confusing as well.
- Organizing the email reminders could be easier. Wish it would stop or alert me when I have two reminders for the same email thread.
- Groove Flows to reach customers.
- Email organization with reminders, link customization, and scheduler tool.
- Ability to reach more customers and therefore build pipeline.
- Tracking prevents me from reaching out to the same customer too soon.
- Targeting specific sectors allows for better results.
Groove Flows are an amazing time saver and so is the scheduler tool. The scheduler saves back and forth emails and I believe results in easier meetings being scheduled.
