Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to track outgoing emails by both the AE and SDR teams. Our internal SDRs use Dialer as well to track outgoing calls. It is imperative for attribution to track penetration across the board on our tiered Accounts. Having the activity/outreach at our fingertips and the ability to report on it so we can drive prospecting goals has been a game-changer. The ease of use is another huge benefit of choosing Groove. Both of our sales teams use it for email sequencing and love the outcomes that they are seeing.

Even if there are things here and there that don't make sense or we cannot figure out, Groove is quick to jump on a call and walk us through every issue. Their support team is top-notch and very informed out making SF work with Groove to the most of its capability. I am literally on a first-name basis with our CSM. :)

If tracking data and having it logged to records in Salesforce as an activity is important, this tool is top-notch for working with Salesforce. The great differentiator is that it integrates directly with Salesforce and data isn't pushed into SF and using up bandwidth, it updates the record immediately, a window into Salesforce.
