Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove mainly for email templates and syncing emails to Salesforce. Groove addresses the business problem of having to manually type out the emailed information into Salesforce. Groove makes it easy to keep all client communication in one place and makes it easy for coworkers to reference prior communication so that there are no gaps in the knowledge and the client doesn't have to tell multiple people the same thing.

I save about 2-4 hours each week using Groove to automate various tasks and processes. I have never used automated CRM data entry or automated sales campaigns but I can see how that would help out other teams in my organization. I think saving time for multiple teams is imperative for any organization and I would highly recommend Groove!
