Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove mainly for email templates and syncing emails to Salesforce. Groove addresses the business problem of having to manually type out the emailed information into Salesforce. Groove makes it easy to keep all client communication in one place and makes it easy for coworkers to reference prior communication so that there are no gaps in the knowledge and the client doesn't have to tell multiple people the same thing.

I think Groove is very easy to use and understand. It has great features that really make life much easier for those using it. I especially like that it houses email templates and those can be accessed when you're drafting an email. I also like how easy it is to sync it to Salesforce and how you can see all the email history between you and the client on the appropriate account, support case, or project!

Groove is well suited for every type of business/software company. It does a great job in housing templates, letting you sync emails to Salesforce and establish flows. It's also great to track email and call activity. I can't think of any scenarios where it is less appropriate; I believe it can be used for any type of business.
