Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We currently use it as a tool to track our activities in our CRM. I also have properties that use it for Groove flows and the ability to reach a large number of clients through this flow.
  • Groove Flow - ability to create a campaign to reach a large number of clients.
  • Customer service.
  • The uploading & tracking of emails into the CRM.
  • The ease of learning all the features, many features provided but I feel they are not being used to their full potential. Could also be on the user.
  • Groove Flow.
  • Logging of emails back to our CRM.
  • Groove has reduced the administrative work, to which the managers have the ability to close more business. They are not entering or sending out campaigns one at a time which in turn has saved them time. Time is money in the Hospitality business, the more business they are able to solicit the more business they are able to close.
It's a very user-friendly program and when in need of assistance customer service is always there to assist.

Groove is a great tool in the Hospitality industry to ease the logging of emails from their email platform into their CRM (a selling tool to track all client activities).
