Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove mainly in my outreach for outbound emails. I start with the templates and based on the requirements flows are created along with required follow ups. The automation helps makes my work easier, efficient and time saving. It is a great assistance in analytics and a way forward.

Very user friendly. However, it runs slow at times. Hence, could be an area of improvement.

Well suited:
A) Your work is more on emails and less on client facing side
B) As a rep, when you struggle to find a time balance, it could be great help

Less Appropriate:
A) When you write emails less than 30-50.
B) When your clients prefer calling and face to face interaction more than emailing. Manual emails could suffice here.
