We use Groove for outreach and lead retention of applicants for our online degree programmes. This includes making use of the email templates for email engagement, use of flows for mass follow up and maintaining regular touchpoints with leads as well as appointment and meeting scheduling with student advisors.

The amount of time saved sending individualised emails and tracking it via our CRM in Salesforce is immeasurable. With more time at our disposal, we are able to connect with our leads on the telephone and in webinars as there is more than enough time not spent sending hundreds of emails a day.
