Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use it for a more efficient sales flow. Groove helps manage the prospecting side of sales with daily actions and benchmarks to review. It's easier to keep up with who has been outreached to, and when to outreach to a specific person with Groove. I also love the analytics Groove provides, it gives more insight into what's working.
  • Analytics: You're able to see who is engaging with your email content.
  • Salesforce Integration: This makes the activity easy to log into our CRM.
  • The flows are an essential part of Groove. It automates certain activities by the day. Every day, I know what I'm doing.
  • When making calls in the Omnibar, there are options to label a call. The calls that are a bad number or wrong contact should be dismissed from the flow automatically.
  • My team utilizes the flow and spaces often. With a vast product offering, Groove flows allow us to target many industries at once.
  • From the SDR side, it's helped us to be proactive with our outreach. We are able to quickly connect.
In the beginning, it's a lot to learn. Once you get the hang of it, Groove becomes easier.
