Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to reach out to educators regarding our platforms. The only issue I've faced is a district blocking our domain when we send more than 100 emails to a school.

Great product, sometimes there was frustration not being able to scale down the number of emails to send in an easier way. Example: 2k emails in a flow, but I want to send 1k, so my email doesn't get shut off.
Hard to quantify the amount of time because this is my first sales role with a CRM + meetings like this, but I know it's extremely efficient and helpful. I love that people can book directly with me without chatting with me first.

It is reaching out to many contacts regarding promotions, conferences, etc. It's been so helpful being able to send massive amounts of emails.
