Great tool for your Sales team
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove on a daily basis for my sales activities. I set up flows, tasks, meetings and incorporate Groove in my sales efforts. At the moment, in our organisation, your sales strategy has Groove as a base, we analyse the statistics of each flow, we use the dialer to track calls, among others.
Pros
- Dialer.

- Incorporate with CRM (Salesforce).
Cons
- Dialer - Missing some options.
- Open Emails - Doesn't track as well as other tools.
- CRM Integration.
- Dialer.
- Flow setup.
- Reduced workload for reps.
- Easier flow setup which makes it time effective.
- Better prospection techniques.
Definitely much better, the process is completely different, more user friendly, allows to integrate with different systems. The process to set up flows/campaigns is a lot easier to understand and deliver. I would say the only thing we had better with our previous provider was the activity feed and understanding who opens and reads the emails.
