Instead of approaching leads one by one, you can create a marketing campaign and the tool can send the e-mails automatically with full flexibility to define rules, for example how often to send the e-mails, when to never send a follow-up e-mail, what to do with e-mails which bounce back, etc... Another use-case that I find extremely useful is account management where you can have only the most active accounts, instead of having a full list of accounts in Salesforce without clear priority
