I surely think that Groove saves a lot of time to its users I estimate at least 15 to 20 hours a week That is almost 40% to 50% of my working time
Groove was much more organized when it comes to marketing automation and integration with external tools Also found it much more useful for account management and communication tracking

Instead of approaching leads one by one, you can create a marketing campaign and the tool can send the e-mails automatically with full flexibility to define rules, for example how often to send the e-mails, when to never send a follow-up e-mail, what to do with e-mails which bounce back, etc... Another use-case that I find extremely useful is account management where you can have only the most active accounts, instead of having a full list of accounts in Salesforce without clear priority
