Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is my favorite sales tool. I use it every day to make sales calls, send email campaigns, store my email templates, share my templates with teammates, create contact flows and keep up with analytics. I am also responsible for the New Hires Groove Training once a month.
- Groove Dialer - Amazing
- Groove Scheduler - Easy and simple for the customers, I get a lot of meetings booked this way
- Flows - I have a lot of them and they help me a lot with follow ups
- Contact Search - It would be easier if I could provide a name or email and Groove could give me the entire history of this contact in my flows, email opening, and all activity.

I can't say precisely, but surely hours each week are saved using Groove. I send a lot of emails every day, and Groove does it for me automatically.
The answer is simple. Groove unites all of their best features in a single tool and integrates with my other main tools (Gmail, Salesforce). Groove is by far the best.
