Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is my favorite sales tool. I use it every day to make sales calls, send email campaigns, store my email templates, share my templates with teammates, create contact flows and keep up with analytics. I am also responsible for the New Hires Groove Training once a month.
  • Groove Dialer - Amazing
  • Groove Scheduler - Easy and simple for the customers, I get a lot of meetings booked this way
  • Flows - I have a lot of them and they help me a lot with follow ups
  • Contact Search - It would be easier if I could provide a name or email and Groove could give me the entire history of this contact in my flows, email opening, and all activity.

Groove is very easy to use. I always have a pinned tab in my browser with flows and use Dialer through the Gmail Integration. I use the Scheduler link in my email signature, and the prospects have no difficulty using it and booking meetings with me.
I can't say precisely, but surely hours each week are saved using Groove. I send a lot of emails every day, and Groove does it for me automatically.
The answer is simple. Groove unites all of their best features in a single tool and integrates with my other main tools (Gmail, Salesforce). Groove is by far the best.

It is best suited to all kinds of sales teams as it unites all of the sales tools we use daily. Less appropriate, perhaps, if sales are not the focus of the operation.
