Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to prospect clients, launch campaigns to present products and events. I always use it to contact a lot of customer and to know if they need my help or need to buy something. I have different flows that I usually use for different types of contacts, according to the use case.

Groove helps me a lot with sending emails to clients, usually leads that need a little faster management, and in other cases, such as after events, where there are a lot of clients that need to be contacted. Plus, it's easy to register everything in Salesforce, and have a link to schedule a meeting right in my subscription.
I discovered Groove last year when I joined Uber and found this tool to be spectacular. And whenever I can, I usually tell my friends how the tool's functions help in everyday life. So I've never used another tool like Groove, so I'm not able to compare or give any other information.
