Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove in my role for sales campaigns. Groove helps me to set up flows and automate my complete campaign process. The best part is I get insights into who has opened my emails and who has clicked links in the campaign email and more. Automation of complete processes, integration with Salesforce, and dashboard reporting are a few basic functions of Groove.

- Creating and reusing of templates
- We don't get exactly who has opened the email, at times when we ourselves open the sent email, it shows someone has opened the email.
- We don't get to know how much time is spend by user on the email sent.
- Reach out to multiple personas (tried up to 500 persons) with a proper sequence of email campaign flows.
- Track on actions, clicks, and downloads.
- Report these actions in Salesforce for future reference.
- However I have not used Groove for calls and meeting capturing..

- More coverage with less administrative efforts
- Quick penetration in account
Marketo is more for marketing team of enterprise-scale, but for sales person to execute marketing campaigns or marketing teams of mid size organizations Groove is the best fit. Where landing pages can be created outside Groove and third-party tools can be used to monitor activities on landing pages and websites.

2 - It is supported by our IT Service desk, I think there should not be more than two people supporting Groove internally for teams across Geography.
