Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove for mass messaging and for some insight into flow and individual email performance. The tool helps with the strategic management of outreaches and keeps me in check with my follow-ups. With visibility into when and where people are engaging with my correspondence, I'm better able to devise the next steps.

Groove is user-friendly and easy to learn. With basic training, one can easily trial and error some features and easily master them. I'd suggest as they add new features, training must be provided.
Groove has tremendously helped in saving time for our teams with automated data entry. It also saves the back and forth of trying to coordinate calendars by allowing us to share scheduler links. I'd say, I save about a full day's worth of admin every week by making use of Groove.

Groove is a great tool but could do with some added functionalities like pre-recorded voicemail.
