Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove every day to make outbound calls. I usually make anywhere from 40 to 70 calls each day. Before using Groove, I had to manually dial numbers to make calls. It was a total pain in the butt. Groove helps be manage my sales pipeline and makes me much more efficient.
  • Click to dial. Being able to click on a number and have it pop up on the groove dialer is a game changer.
  • Email monitoring. Groove notifies me when a sales prospect opens one of my emails.
  • Call recording. Groove records my call which helps me take notes after calls.
  • Being able to create flows more easily would be more helpful.
  • Any way that Groove could turn into an auto dialer would be great.
  • Having the call dispositions be closer to the call and end call buttons.

  • Without groove, my max call volume in a day was 30-40 calls. Now its 50-70 calls.
  • Being able to reach out to more leads each day allows me to have a higher revenue each month.
  • With the Groove email templates, I am able to send detailed emails faster and more often.
The Groove dialers is super basic to use. I love the ability to change from my office number to a Local Dial number. When my sales opps are seeing a call come in from their area, they are much more likely to answer their phone. The online portal is also very intuitive and easy to use.

Sales reps who using a standard phone dialing system will never be as efficient and effective as reps who use a system like Groove. Having the ability to send and receive emails and calls from a system like Groove allows for sales prospects to communicate more with sales reps. The closing rate of those sales are proving to be much higher.
