Overall Satisfaction with Grovo by Cornerstone
We use Grovo for creating training materials for our teams that are standardized and measurable. It allows us to provide ongoing training as well as onboard new hires, in a way that makes sure everyone is seeing the learning the same content. This is especially helpful since we have offices around the world and lots of remote employees.
- Segmented lesson plans.
- Specific team based trainings.
- More aid in the creating of training modules.
- It is hard to get employees to follow through on completion.
- It has given us a centralized location for training content.
