Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto for all of our payroll and related filings. We originally used Xero (our accounting software) for our payroll, but Xero decided to no longer provide payroll services and encourage users to switch to Gusto. At first I was disappointed that I would have to switch our service, but the transition was very easy and seamless and now I couldn't be happier. Gusto takes the pain, mystery, and confusion out of payroll, saves the organization considerable time (our most valuable resource), and it communicates beautifully with Xero.
- The user interface is intuitive and attractive.
- The set up process is painless and easy.
- It sends payroll and filing reminders to my inbox.
- It integrates well with Xero accounting software.
- It creates beautiful payroll reports quickly.
- The employee time tracking service should not be an "add on," it should be included.
- Gusto saves us so much time and so many headaches! As time is money and one of our most valuable resources, Gusto certainly has a positive impact on our finances and the entire organization.
