Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use Gusto for payroll, time tracking, onboarding, and other benefits tracking (like sick leave and paid time off, or bonuses). It has made it easier to keep everything employee related all together in one place and get our employees paid in a very timely manner, without the need to question what day our paychecks will arrive in our bank accounts.

- We had to implement a new way of tracking hours worked for employees since we switched to a new practice management software that no longer had that built in. We couldn't believe how easy this has made our lives. The small fee increase for having that part of the program added to our service has been more than made up for by the number of hours less we have to spend on manually entering in hours for each employee.
