Overall Satisfaction with HeadSpin
We are using automation on the cloud using HeadSpin. It gives all options of running a different type of iOS and android test in the cloud. Also, a web test could be run in HeadSpin. I was one of the lucky people to get the HeadSpin university program to get learning about Appium, XCUItest, and other automation-related stuff too.

BrowserStack pricing is on the higher side and their availability of devices was always a concern. Also, the support team was also not responding to the queries which made us think of moving out of them. HeadSpin took up our query very quickly and started with a demo of the product. Then they showcased all the features which helped us make our decision.
