I used healthstream to create, distribute and monitor training modules and certifications. Healthstream offered a nice solution for tracking and distributing training across our multiple locations. Additionally, it provided our employees with the necessary tools to remind them of their training and certifications that were due. We were able to then tie bonuses to completion of the required training with a proper verification in healthstream.

- end user freindly
- Would have liked to have been able to use healthstream for credentialing too, would love to see them add that to their suite of services
- Decreased training costs
- Increased training compliance, to include HIPAA
- Performance management improvement with ease of reporting of completion and test scores
Healthstream has been the best I have used.
