Overall Satisfaction with Heap
We use Heap for user tracking within our product. The main users of Heap are members of the data team, however, insights from Heap data are used throughout the company. Heap's ability to tag events without developer assistance has been a major time-savor for us. We've been able to understand metrics such as engagement, adoption, and retention through Heap data.

We used Segment in the past. Heap is better in that it allows non-developers to define events. It also has a reporting layer.
