Overall Satisfaction with Heap
This is the first tool that allows us to quantify the number of times a specific macro has been used, over any given time period. I really like how you can save queries so that you can pull them up at a later point. The export function also works quite well, and it takes just a few seconds to generate everything you need. The UX is also easy to use. There are many more capabilities that other members of my org use that I'm not familiar with, but just this one feature alone is worth it for me.
- Quantify macros by day, week, month, and year
- Show trends over time
- I'd like to learn more about the other functionalities of Heap, but not sure where to start.
- I'd like to see the macro utilization be linked to specific users or teams, for more specific and actionable insights.
- I'd like a way to bulk upload a series of macro IDs, as opposed to inputting them one by one.
- Confirmation that certain macros are being used
- Helps quantify impact of automations
