Overall Satisfaction with Heap

We use Heap daily across our SaaS products to track the different user journeys/funnel for each product we offer, build reports and analyze campaigns in order to find the best conversion and lead acquisition tactics. We also use Heap to measure LP interactions and discount code implementation. Heap helped us understand the full user journey as well as be able to get more accurate campaign info and analyze it better. It gives us all the information we need to make strategic decisions both regarding future campaigns, collaborations, and countries we want to expand our services to.

  • It takes a lot of time to learn how to use it.
  • More refined UX/UI (could be nice).
  • Dashboard customization, categorizing and easier sharing would be great.
Simpler, once you understand it it's easier to use overtime and can give you much more insights. Very versatile.

In my line of work, Heap is perfect because there are many important factors you need to look at when running a campaign and working with partners. We need to look at the interactions with LP, with the different products, and with discount codes. We need to look at cross-channel analytics as well as cyclicality and seasonality, and heap helps us do all of that. If you have a lot of things going on, Heap is the best tool to provide you with in-depth insights. I believe that the more data you have, the more you will need it.

Because I really believe this tool could be of great use for personal development as well as company growth. I truly believe anyone who works in marketing should use it.
