Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our whole organization used HeavyBid consistently throughout the life of a project. This product allowed our company to carefully track and standardize our bidding process. It also allowed us to quickly and efficiently review bids for mistakes / holes once the project was formally awarded to us.

Alternatives Considered

Procore

I have used Procore in multiple scenarios and enjoy the project. HeavyBid is great for civil / underground companies as it is geared towards those sectors. Procore is great for general contractors.

Procore, ViewPoint ProContractor, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project

Likelihood to Recommend

Obviously HeavyBid is best suited for an underground contractor. I don't believe it would be incredibly helpful for a general contractor. It is easy to use and even easier to learn. I appreciate all of the options and functionality of the program.

HeavyBid is the way to go in Underground and Civil Construction
