Overall Satisfaction with HID DigitalPersona (formerly Crossmatch)
Two departments right now, whole organization down the road
- Many options for the second factor
- Integrates with AD
- Good support
- Painless on boarding
- Cost?
We are currently only using it for Windows logon but all the other options gave us confidence we could expand in the future.
Yes, one less server or program to manage is very beneficial. Everything is handled in AD.
Just Windows logon right now
We currently don't use it but are O365 users so that could help in the future if we move to Azure.
- IT staff with admin rights are protected
- Deputies that are mobile are protected
- Cisco Multi-Factor Authentication (Duo Security) and RSA SecurID Suite
DigitalPersona had more capabilities than both and was much cheaper than RSA.
