Overall Satisfaction with HID DigitalPersona (formerly Crossmatch)
HID DigitalPersona (formerly Crossmatch) is being used by many teams across the organization, however, not across the whole organization for now. HID DigitalPersona helps us with simplifying multiple logins and application logins which makes it easier for teams to manage logins on their devices with higher efficiency and speed.

- Integrates with windows login on any computer and laptop
- Easier to manage and administrate for the admins
- Not so easy and useful to integrate with third party applications

HID Digital Persona (formerly Crossmatch) supports a breadth of login use cases like Windows login, mobile applications, SSO, etc. However, we do not use much of the breadth of these services, we mainly use HID DigitalPersona for Windows login which makes it more user-friendly and convenient. The biometrics work with Windows login as well, on devices that have the required hardware to support the functionality.
We have not used Microsoft Active Directory Integration yet.
We have not used any Azure-related features for HID Digital Persona yet. We look forward to trying them out in the near future.
