We use Highspot all over the company to have a place where we can find documents about our products, use cases, sales guides, client-facing documents. It gives the associated metrics like the number of times a document is used or shared. You can also see if a document has been read by a prospect.

Highspot is great for metrics and for tracking interactions. It is very user-friendly and really easy to start engaging. The possibility of tracking both employees and prospects/clients is one of the best features. It is easy to implement and everyone can see how they are performing against colleagues and try more usage.
