Overall Satisfaction with HireVue
We use HireVue as our first round in the selection processes to screen for candidates that we would like to bring in for a first round face-to-face interview. Primarily, we utilize HireVue for our internship, and sales and call-center positions.
- Quick screening of candidates - less time managers & HR needs to spend on screening.
- Ability for multiple managers / team members to review and score.
- Easy to use.
- Reminders sent out to candidates that they have a HireVue waiting to be completed would be nice.
- More serious candidates.
- Quicker screening time.
- Lower number of completions compared to traditional phone screenings.
We use ApplicantPro for our ATS, their system is nice because it is integrated right into the ATS, where HireVue can not do this for us.
