It's currently being used across the board by all departments and distribution centers. It address the issues with managers not having enough time to review resumes. With this tool they are able to review a pre-screening interview and make a decision whether or not to bring the candidate in for a face to face interview.

- App tools for both candidates and hiring managers are really easy to use
- All around great tool that is being adopted by many other companies
- Time to fill rates have decreased
