Overall Satisfaction with HireVue

HireVue was used for an interview. It was used for one department. With COVID and the hiring process changing from the way it used to be, this is the new "normal". This allows us to conduct interviews face to face with multiple staff without leaving our office/home.
  • Video quality was good.
  • Instructions to get started were easy.
  • No connection issues.
  • No cons at this point. It has served the function it was intended for.
  • The applicant can complete the interview when it's convenient for them.
  • I can view the responses when it's convenient for me.
  • The ability of being flexible is definitely a plus.
  • I don't have to worry about being live if I don't need to be.
  • The applicants can do their interview during their leisure.
HireVue allows for both virtual recording as well as live. It is pretty nice to send an email to the client and then wait for the response.

Yes

I cannot think of anything for improvement [with HireVue], but when I needed it, it was there for me. I was able to work on hiring a new employee and this application assisted in this task without any added stress.
