Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We use Hootsuite almost daily to sent out promotions to 40+ social media channels for our chamber of commerce members. It helps us distribute our member's messages quickly and efficiently. We've been using HS for many years. Our price went up by I believe that we are grandfathered in to a better price. If our price went up we would cancel it.
Being able to post on multiple accounts is a blessing and provides us massive reach with minimal investment in time...
The reporting is not great and it's a bit confusing at times. It's challenging to use! Overall, Hootsuite is a good tool at the price we pay...
