Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
I create and schedule social media schedules for six different clients. I also use Hootsuite for reporting and analytics.

- I've experienced issues with Hootsuite posting on the incorrect page and having trouble connecting to certain pages.
- Negative impact: connecting to wrong account and posting on the incorrect page.
- Positive impact: saving time scheduling posts ahead of time.
- Negative impact: I spend more creating a pdf of the upcoming content calendar to send to clients when I wish I could download one from Hootsuite.
Hootsuite is much more user-friendly and does a lot more.
