Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use Hootsuite to:
  • publish social posts across our various company accounts and high level executive's accounts
  • monitor the industry via social listening
  • monitor our brand via mentions
One of the biggest advantages is allowing various team member to access the accounts, as well as the ability to schedule out weeks in advance. To a lesser extent, we also like the image size templates in the graphics editor
  • Scheduling publication of posts
  • Validating mentions used in posts
  • Ability to monitor hashtags, not just accounts
  • Recommend hashtags based on popularity.
  • Different sized images when publishing to multiple accounts.
  • Different publication times when publishing to multiple accounts, based on recommended publishing time.
  • Templates for posting.
