Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I work in a local non-profit, therefore our company consists of only 2 employees. Both I and the other employee wear several "hats" within the organization. Hootsuite allows me to quickly switch over to my marketing "hat" to schedule posts on our social media. The simplicity of Hootsuite lets me be stress-free about reaching our online audience. I can spend minimal time scheduling out a week's worth of posts and get back to the worthy cause of my organization.

Since graduating from college 3 years ago, I have only ever used Hootsuite in the 2 jobs I have had. I don't see myself switching to another product.

For those that are new to Hootsuite, it is the simplest form of managing content. There are analytics, scheduling, and more! You won't need to spend more than 5 -10 minutes trying to learn Hootsuite. That's how easy it is. Simple design, BUT maximum possibilities. I started using Hootsuite after college, and don't see myself switching over to any other content manager.

Hootsuite ROI and Support

Working in the nonprofit industry means we do not have the resources to hire a whole marketing department so all forms of marketing tend to fall on one individual... myself. Using Hootsuite gives me the ability to work out weeks in advance content and promos and plan around busy days or vacations. The more I can plan, the less I have to worry about marketing my non-profit on a day to day but rather weeks at a time. It has made us more effective and efficient.
I unfortunately do not have experience using these forms of customer service within my organization. However, I don't doubt that Hootsuite does an incredible job filing and organizing messages. If my company sold a tangible good or service, we would most likely integrate Hootsuite for this function to keep things seamless.
I didn't even use a vendor because I didn't need convincing that Hootsuite was a right choice for me. I just knew from a previous job how much I enjoyed the software and wanted to integrate it at my new job. Hootsuite provided the data and proof to convince our organization to purchase Hootsuite.
Everything seemed smooth, however occasionally one of my social accounts will disconnect and it can be frustrating. With that being said, that does not happen very often. It is easy to see your channels of social accounts. It would be nice to add multiple accounts from Facebook and Instagram, in case you manage more than one.

Hootsuite Support

I have reached out to Hootsuite before to ask very specific questions, and every single time I always get a response. The customer service and attention that Hootsuite places on its customers is outstanding. They even give notices of when Hootsuite may be "down" for fixing issues.
