Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

We use Hootsuite as a single tool/dashboard to manage all our social media postings & campaigns. ArcLab is a B2B Business so Linkedin is the main medium to reach our prospective buyers. This is also replicated across Facebook, which Hootsuite helps us post once to two platforms, saving me half the work! We do, however, use Twitter for our 'behind-the-scenes' team activities & photos.

Pros

  • Halves my workload by single post to multiple platforms
  • Allows me to optimise my work timing, as I can schedule posts in advance
N.A. Went with Hootsuite from the onset. Liked its user interface and user experience. The basic plan solves my pain points now, and we'll look into the paid plan as our resources and needs grow.
Unable to comment at this time. We haven't used its support functions.

Obviously, there are limits to the free tier (the only tier our young startup can afford right now), such as being only able to schedule five posts at any one time. The paid plan solves that, and we're definitely looking into that as we grow. Every business needs to book revenue to continue to innovate and deliver value to users & customers (ArcLab & Hootsuite are alike in that sense!)
