Hootsuite helps us manage multiple accounts at the same time, making posting and scheduling easier than ever. It also has great features for analytics and reporting.

Hootsuite has a better interface and overall usability.

Hootsuite is great for teams that manage multiple accounts and have multiple people working on them. The capabilities for community management could be improved as of right now, it's a little limited.
