Hootsuite offers a great deal of functionality to easily manage a corporate social program. It is very user friendly and reporting makes it great to track our program. We have also used Amplify for employee advocacy.

We have added Amplify to our subscription and this has been a huge help in engaging our audiences even more thorough employee advocacy.
It is less expensive and we use Microsoft dynamics so not easy to integrate.

The biggest ROI was a post that was shared by an employee using amplify that garnered a large deal.
Hootsuite is sometimes buggy but the customer service and account manager are excellent via email, phone and chat.
