My web team used Hotjar to track user behavior on our company website (which specific page they visited) Then we leverage that online behavior to create cohorts for cross selling campaigns base on which product page was visit on the website

We used to monitor which product page dentists would access to gauge their knowledge and understanding of our products (dental laboratory). We then matched this to our direct mail cross selling campaigns to target very specific cohorts with invitation to courses and seminars.
