We use Hotjar for heat-mapping new landing pages and observing current pages to identify opportunities for improvement on our webpages and campaign landing pages. We also use the feedback tool from time to time to gauge usability of our client portals and landing pages with lead forms.

I test drove Lucky Orange and decided to keep Hotjar as the UI is easier to use. The competitor had no compelling features vs the ones offered by Hotjar. I also found the standard sound effects in Lucky Orange very overbearing and obnoxious.
