Overall Satisfaction with Hotjar

We use it to monitor user experiences on our website and gather feedback. We also use it to gather feedback from our members as they use our new membership portal. The intel we gather helps us to determine what is working and not working and to show results to leadership.

Hotjar is very well suited to monitoring your web traffic user experience and surveying your users. You can gather feedback on any web-based experience and use it to make informed decisions about what to change, improve, add to your product roadmap, etc. Hotjar should not be used as your sole Customer Service interface. It captures data passively for planning, not individual reaction.
