- User-friendly - easy to use, great copy and paste features, short cuts to other functions while using scheduling functions.
- Web-based - mobile integration, shift swap/change approvals done electronically, can access the program anywhere.
- Labor and sales reporting, labor budgeting/forecasting.
- Program seems to have issues that prohibit access more often than I'd like.
- No emergency back up plan when rosters aren't available.
- Doesn't export the email addresses from Aloha into HotSchedules for new hires.

Not specifically because they all seem to get the issues resolved quickly. In addition they do a great job keeping you informed on the progress.
